I have finally sorted out the file size problem. There was an option box in Solidworks for saving JPEG images that I had not noticed down the bottom of the screen that opened a whole new world. One is never too old to learn. Once you assign a material to a part in S'works it gives it a colour, along with the physical properties of the material to allow for finite element analysis. Yes if your computer is fast enough you can simulate what would happen if you dropped it from a given height. The model also allows for articulating an assembly. If you move the pricker lever up and down the pricker will also move up and down. Similarly if you turn the valve knob the spindle of the valve moves in and out. This does confuse the software when you make a sectioned view. For clarity I have assigned different colours to individual parts. Interesting features are the construction of the pump NRV and the pricker needle assembly.

To reduce the possibility of picking up contaminants. The pick up on a Tilley, at least one guardsman I have checked is similar.
