Hello All! I have lit up my late father petromax 834, if you didn’t see would you please look my post. It’s very pristine condition, every parts are original even glass were German made. He had 7 of them, my late father own a textile factory , he used to work nights so those lamps he brought for that purpose. He passed away 45 years ago, yet those lamps still working an excellent condition. However, I didn’t have ceramic nozzles for 4 of them. Then I posted under the Thread, WimVe and Dan Bittner posted I should look for far east country like Sri Lanka. I left Sri Lanka 1985 for my higher studies and settled in Canada. My mother passed away 2022 so I came to Sri Lanka to stay with my sister and till I going back to Canada, I was cleaning those lamps . According to those two advice, I went City of Colombo in Sri Lanka, luckily I found 20 ceramic nozzles for 834/835 very old shop. And also I found brass gauze for Generator group vaporizers. Your suitcase is going to be very heavy going back to Canada You should be able to get them all working now.
